How Do You Want to Show Up In 2017?

GDF Coaching

There is a giant within all of us.  An inner being we want to tap into, but feel paralyzed, or have given up on the idea of becoming that person.  Life can overwhelm us, and before we know it, years have passed and we’re in the same situations, feeling more and more tired and defeated.  Maybe we don’t even recognize the giant, or have muffled its cries to come out.  It’s still in there, in all of us, and we can awaken him or her, if we so choose.

There are so many facets to our lives; various moving parts at times.  We are business owners, employees, parents, partners, friends… the list goes on, and the demands ever challenging.  It’s easy to get lost in daily responsibilities and get caught up in the motions of life.  We can lose who we are, or more importantly, who we want to be.

Do you tell your story?

When was the last time someone sat down in front of you and asked you to share your story?  Do you even remember dreams, ideas or creations you once wanted to manifest?  Probably not.  Can you recall a time when you were asked questions that really caused you to stop, pause, and dig deep into a part of yourself that’s gone missing?  Probably not.  Are you curious?  Probably.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients to help them reignite the fire in their bellies.  This experience can be scary, but also incredibly empowering and exciting.  Are you feeling defeated?  Are you not showing up as power and determined as you want to be?  Do you feel you’re not getting the respect in either your personal or professional life because of the way you feel inside?

Make time for YOU.

Become the person you know you want to be.  Have the courage to invest the time in yourself, and do the work.  By improving your perception, image and internal power, there is nothing you cannot achieve.  Make 2017 the year you take your life back, or begin to create a life filled with much more joy, passion and presence.
